Red Sox Opening Day 2011

Can you feel it in the air?  Yeah, you probably can’t.  But believe it or not, it’s Opening Day for Red Sox nation, and I’m glad we’re in Texas playing and not here.  This weather is bullshit.  It’s April now and we have snow.  I know it’s Boston, but come on, I’m done with this shit.  I’m not even excited to the full potential for this season because it still feels like Opening Day is two months away.  Normally I’d wanna be at the first Fenway game, root on the new players, get drunk and usher in the spring with America’s favorite pastime.  But I’m not even thinking about that shit for another month or so.  But, like it or not, baseball is in full swing and it might be the only thing we’re rooting for come September.
